CHARCOAL FINES

Charcoal Fines can be divided into several groups according to its size. Raw material also makes some difference but size mainly decides its application. For example in horticulture, while smaller size is usually mixed with soil and works as a fertilizer and moisture controller, Bigger size is layered first and forms the surface to protect the plant from harmful bacteria. When properly powdered, it could also be used for making charcoal briquettes.

Mesh Charcoal has the shape of fine granules. Nut or shell charcoal of certain mesh size is frequently used for activated carbon production. Another use is to make charcoal briquettes with binders. This could be also used for horticultural purpose. By its regularity, it's more convenient for end-users to mix with soil and bring similar benefits above.
